About the meeting of the Ambassador A.Ponomarev with the Minister of Industry and the Minister of Economy and Foreign Trade of Syria
08.02.2017On the 8th of February 2017 the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Belarus in the Syrian Arab Republic Mr.Aleksandr Ponomarev met with the Minister of Industry of the Syrian Arab Republic Mr.Ahmad Al-Hamo and the Minister of Economy and Foreign Trade of the Syrian Arab Republic Mr.Adib Mayaleh.
During the conversations the sides exchanged the opinions about the current situation and prospects of the Belarusian-Syrian cooperation in the trade, economic and investment spheres. The priorities of the bilateral cooperetion is discussed.
The approaches to the realization of certain points of the 6th meeting of the Intergovernmental Commission is discussed with the Minister of Industry, who is also a co-chairman of the Joint Belarusian-Syrian Commission on Trade, Economic and Technical Cooperation.
The adherence to further joint actions aimed at expanding the bilateral economic ties is confirmed.
