About the meeting of the Ambassador A.Ponomarev with the Minister of Social Affairs and Labour Mrs R.Kadri
09.12.2016On the 30th of November 2016 the Ambassador A.Ponomarev met with the Minister of Social Affairs and Labour of Syria Mrs.R.Kadri.
During the meeting high potential of bilateral reations was stressed as well as the necessity of activating cooperation between the Ministries of both countries. Mrs.Kadri pointed out the interest of the Syrian side in exchange of experience and implementing in Syria the best practice of the social programmes which Belarus has. She also pointed out the interest in signing on an agreement with Belarusian collegues. She expressed her interest in the continuation of rendering humanitarian assistance from the side of Belarus for the needs of the most affected by the crises citizens of Syria.
Both sides agreed on setting the exchange of necessary information regarding the Blarusian experience in the sphere of social activities and labour as well as starting the preparations to have mutually bneficial documents of cooperation and inviting a Syrian delegation to Belarus.
