Ambassador of Belarus Y.Sluka meets the Minister of Social Affairs and Labour of Syria L.Munajjid and а group of syrian children

On May 17, 2023 the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Belarus to the Syrian Arab Republic, Yury Sluka, met with the Minister of Social Affairs and Labour of the Syrian Arab Republic Louai Munajjid.
During the meeting high potential of bilateral relations was stressed as well as the need of further development of cooperation between the competent Ministries of two countries.
Special attention was focused on the project for recreation and health recuperation of Syrian children in the Republic of Belarus.
L.Munajjid highly appreciated the Belarusian initiative for the rehabilitation of Syrian children in the Republic of Belarus and expressed his gratitude to the Belarusian side for the expansion of this program.
In addition, Ambassador Y.Sluka met with a group of 75 Syrian children who will take part in the Belarusian-Syrian shift «From Heart to Heart» at the NCC «Zubrenok» from May 19 to 31, 2023.
