On humanitarian aid to the Syrian Arab Republic

On November 20, 2021 at the sea port of Latakia took place an official ceremony of delivery of humanitarian cargo from the Government of the Republic of Belarus to the Government of the Syrian Arab Republic.
The humanitarian cargo included medicines, foodstuffs and electrical equipment.
The Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Belarus to the Syrian Arab Republic Y.Sluka and the Deputy Minister of Local Administration and Environment of Syria M.Katan signed a corresponding act of reception of humanitarian cargo. 
From the Syrian side the ceremony was attended by representatives of the Syrian ministries and departments to which humanitarian aid will be distributed.
On the same day a part of medicines were delivered by representatives of the Embassy of Belarus in Syria to the Latakia city hospital.
